The organizers at Purdue note that their meetup will be happening on September 18 at 7pm rather than the 19th! Details the same otherwise. Make sure to move your calendar event back a day if you click in before Scott edits this.
Which university is this? If you can put together a time and a place and let me (or Matt and Sarah of Nest) know, we can do a quick late-add and get you on the list.
Hi! Michel here, I'm organizing the meetup at Sorbonne University. I previously wrote that you could distinguish our group thanks to our kakemono. Unfortunately, the stick normally holding open broke today, and no risk-free quick-fix has been identified. As an emergency replacement distinctive sign, there will be a black open umbrella resting on the grass, with a blue T-shirt resting on top of it.
UPenn update: Today’s (September 11) 4 pm EA meetup is postponed to Tuesday, September 15, at 4 pm.
Same location (Lauder College House's Media Room), and (vegan) food is still provided. Non-Penn students in the area are welcome; just show up 10-15 minutes earlier to be swiped in. Sorry for the short notice.
I'm one the organisers for the autonomous university of Barcelona (UAB) event. Because of the predicted heavy rains the event will instead be in the cafe of plaza civica. Here is the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/DHvu2vkUcMcwixpN9
A great logistical hub for the Effective Altruism community, making it easy for students to connect, coordinate meetups, and engage in high-impact discussions. I see all of that kinda related to https://uno-online.io/ when it comes to a crowded campaign.

It should be updated now!
I'm looking forward to helping host some of the Florida meetups, including at FAU, FIU, and UM! Is anyone else in that area?
As an AI Safety organizer I deferred to our EA club but it looks like our EA club didn’t organize anything for this! Dang!
If you fill out the form now, we can add you as a late entry

Tufts, but the window of opportunity is probably closed now tho. Real busy the last two weeks with recruitment.
If you want added to the big list I for one would be happy to have you.
will this be ever extended to latinamerica?
It was. No one signed up!
What a shame
Wow Binghamton’s EA meetup seems pretty cool and awesome
Please come! Yale EA would be super happy to see you
No University of Washington 😔
Are you a student there? Because you can be the meetup change you want to see in the world :)
Looking forward to seeing people at UCLA EA!
[UPDATE - SORBONNE UNIVERSITE](no kakemono)

It's still the same time though.
See you there !
