Damn, I would love to meet him. I've re-read Superforecasting so many times, it was my first introduction to that kind of thinking and changed the way I see the world more than any other book I've read.

In my experience less socially adroit people have *more* need for icebreakers and defined activity structures, not less. But maybe I'm overgeneralizing from my own experience.
